Matthew Braman, LCSW, LCSW-C, PMH-C
founder & CEO / therapist

Hi. I'm glad you're here.
I help men, new dads, and postpartum couples find more calm, confidence, and connection in their emotional & relational lives. Joining you through the truth, without blaming or shaming you, helps build the kind of therapeutic relationship you need to promote your mental health, adjust to parenthood, and build more secure attachments.
I'M A PERINATAL MENTAL HEALTH SPECIALIST.
Advanced and specialized trainings in postpartum mental health, perinatal mood & anxiety disorders, and pregnancy & postpartum loss with clinical interests in the psychology of men & masculinities guide my work to empower postpartum parents in some of the most challenging, emotional, and relational times in their lives.
EMPOWERING NEW DADS, GRIEVING FATHERS, AND POSTPARTUM COUPLES.
Many men aren't the best help-seekers. If men do seek help, then they don't often typically receive the kinds of specialized care that they may actually need. My clinical work focuses on serving a variety of new dads because I believe that there are often too few community resources and supports available which also factor in fathers.
